AgriStax respects the privacy of farmers, ranchers, landowners, and other visitors to agristax.farm. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Service providers

The callback form is processed through the website and submitted to Google Forms for delivery and recordkeeping. Website hosting and related technology providers may process limited information to operate and secure the site. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate AgriStax, when you authorize us to coordinate with a program provider or professional, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect AgriStax, our clients, or others. We do not submit an enrollment or disclose farm records to a program provider merely because you used the callback form.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for business, legal, and recordkeeping needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also choose not to submit the form and contact us by phone instead.
