Program availability, eligibility, ranking, funding, payment, and continued participation are controlled by the applicable government agency, private company, or other program provider. AgriStax cannot guarantee acceptance, payment, timing, or results.

Calculator and example estimates

Calculator figures, per-acre amounts, sample reviews, potential outcomes, and success stories are illustrations unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed client agreement. They are not quotes or estimates of profit. Actual results may be higher, lower, delayed, or unavailable. Seed, application, equipment, labor, professional, tax, compliance, and other farm-specific costs may materially reduce net value.

Independent business

AgriStax is an independent business and is not part of, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by USDA, NRCS, FSA, or any other government agency. References to public or private opportunities do not imply endorsement by the provider.

Professional advice

Website information is not legal, tax, accounting, agronomic, insurance, engineering, or financial advice. Farmers and landowners remain responsible for reviewing contracts and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

Client responsibilities and pricing

Current advertised pricing is $2 per acre for the initial review plus a 10% success fee on the program stack AgriStax builds for the client. The controlling scope, fee timing, responsibilities, and other terms must be stated in the signed client agreement. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing recommendations, meeting obligations, and approving submissions or contracts.
